Flooding hit Dubai on Monday, February 12 after heavy rain, hail, and lightning lashed large parts of the United Arab Emirates overnight of Sunday, February 11 into Monday, February 12. The National Meteorological Center issued a severe weather warning for many cities in the Emirates.
